We are currently looking to recruit a Systems Administrator/Support at our Wellingborough Head Office to provide level 1 support for our IT users.
We are looking for someone with strong administration experience and some IT support experience to support the aftersales team and wider business in all things IT related – your role will vary daily in line with the nature of our fast paced nature of our business, but will include tasks such as setting up new user accounts, issuing security details, Level 1 support, re-setting passwords and log-in details and ensuring that all administration relating to help desk tasks are completed in order to support the business function.
You must be an excellent communicator with a proactive attitude and the genuine desire to help solve any problems that come your way
Support the business function in IT systems administration and related activities, keeping everyone logged in and running the latest versions of software
Data analysis and information reporting
Ensuring all Mercedes-Benz UK and ICTV standards are met
Positively represent the company and the Brand as a whole both internally and externally.
Your responsibilities will include supporting the effective business systems function across a number of platforms
Providing level 1 IT help and support across the business, including issuing, and resetting passwords
Maintaining and further developing aftersales related suites and dashboards.
Producing and validating a variety of user-friendly reports from data
Assisting with the management and delivery of IT projects and key initiatives
Responsible for data quality – accurate, consistent, complete, valid, uniform
Correcting data that is incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, incorrectly formatted, duplicated
Help ensure that all systems are maintained to meet the business and audit standards
Complete admin tasks and management reporting to a high standard within agreed timeframes
Respond promptly and efficiently to all managerial requests
Set a professional example at all times when dealing with customers and colleagues
£23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
